How we work
A clear path, and no mystery.
Every project runs on the same four stages. You always know what is being built, what it costs, and when it lands. Here is the whole thing, front to back.
Scope
We start with a short call to understand the problem, the people it is for, and what success looks like. Then you get a written plan: the first release, drawn as a clear list, with a fixed timeline and a fixed price. Nothing begins until that plan feels right to you.
You walk away with
- A written scope you can keep
- A fixed timeline and price
- A plain-language plan, no jargon
- Honest advice on what to cut
You walk away with
- Clickable screens of your product
- The full flow, end to end
- Room to change your mind early
- A look and feel that is yours
Design
Before a line of production code is written, we design the screens and flows and put them in front of you to click through. Changing a design is quick and cheap. Changing a built app is neither. This is where we get it right together, while it is still easy.
Build
We build in weekly increments, and each week a working version lands in your hands. You open it, use it, and tell us what feels right and what does not. Course corrections happen while the work is fresh, so the finished product is the one you actually wanted.
Every week you get
- A working build to try
- A short note on what changed
- A clear view of what is next
- One person to reach with questions
At handover
- Every account in your name
- All source code and designs
- A short guide to running it
- Weeks of launch support after
Ship
We launch your product, submit to the app stores where needed, and hand over every key: code, designs, and accounts, all in your name. Then we stay on call through the first weeks, because the real questions tend to arrive once people start using the thing.

- Weeks 2–9 The build, with a working version in your hands every week.
- Launch Ship, hand over every key, and stay on call for the weeks that follow.
- After Keep going on a monthly retainer, or take the wheel yourself. Your call.
