How does pricing work?

Standard service is $3 per pound with a 72-hour turnaround. Express is $4 per pound in 24 hours. Same Day is a $100 flat rate covering up to 20 lbs, returned in six hours or less. Pickup and delivery are free at every tier.

Is pickup and delivery really free?

Yes, throughout Jonesboro, Fayetteville, and Peachtree City. There is no delivery fee, no fuel surcharge, and no minimum order to qualify.

How is my laundry weighed?

After it is folded and tied, just before delivery. Weighing at the end means you are billed on exactly what comes back to you, dry and finished, rather than on damp or bulky items at pickup.

What does the signature scent smell like?

Our house fragrance is Tyler Glamorous Wash Diva, a warm, floral finish that is unmistakably luxurious. It is the detail clients mention most often.

What if I am sensitive to fragrance?

Choose the hypoallergenic option when you book and your entire order runs fragrance-free. There is no additional charge for it.

What does hotel-level folding mean?

Uniform folds, squared edges, and stacks organized by article, size, and color. Everything is folded to go straight onto the shelf without being refolded.

How is my laundry returned?

Finished stacks are tied with cotton ribbon rather than sealed in plastic bags. It holds each stack together through delivery, looks lovely on the counter, and leaves you nothing to throw away.

Do you sort colors and delicates?

Always. Whites, darks, and colors run separately, and anything flagged delicate is treated accordingly. Note air-dry items in your care notes and they never see a dryer.

Do you treat stains?

Yes, and stain treatment is complimentary. Note anything you would like addressed in the care notes when you book, and we will treat it at no charge. Set-in stains can be stubborn, so the sooner an item reaches us, the better its odds.

Is there anything you do not take?

This is a wash and fold service, so dry-clean-only pieces should stay with your dry cleaner. For anything unusual, such as leather, formalwear, or rugs, ask first and we will tell you straight.

How does same-day service work?

It is a $100 flat rate for up to 20 lbs, returned within six hours of collection. Availability depends on the day, so call or text 678.544.9618 to claim a slot rather than booking it online.

How should I bag my laundry?

Any bag or hamper you already own works. Leave it at the door or hand it off during your window, and we confirm by text either way.

What does 20 lbs actually look like?

Roughly two full kitchen-sized bags, or about a week of laundry for two people. If you are unsure, estimate high and we will confirm the real weight once your order is folded.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, orders start at $40. Smaller loads are still welcome and pickup and delivery remain free, the total simply begins at the $40 minimum.

Can I set up recurring pickups?

Gladly. Weekly and biweekly schedules are popular, and once your preferences are on file, your laundry becomes an appointment you can forget about.

How do I pay?

Payment is settled after delivery, once your order has been weighed and the final total confirmed. We will walk through the options when we confirm your first pickup.

What if my plans change?

Tell us as soon as you know and we will move your window. Schedules shift, and we plan for that.

Do you serve outside those three towns?

Sometimes, depending on the route that day. If you are just outside Jonesboro, Fayetteville, or Peachtree City, ask and we will give you an honest answer.

In-home pet sitting

How much does pet sitting cost?

$140 per night, which covers every animal in the household. There are no additional pet fees, so a second dog, a cat, and a tank of fish cost the same as one dog.

Do you board pets or offer daycare?

No. We only sit in your home. Your animals stay in their own space with their own smells, beds, and routine, which is far less disruptive than a kennel or a stranger's house.

What does a stay include?

Regular walks, feeding on their schedule, play time, affection and attention, light cleaning, and photos or videos sent daily to every other day depending on how long you are away.

Who are the sitters?

Kateland Presley and Emma Rice. Both are experienced across a wide range of animals, and you will know which sitter is coming before you book.

What kinds of animals do you care for?

All of them. Dogs and cats most often, but also birds, reptiles, fish, small pets, and livestock. Tell us what you have and we will tell you honestly if we are the right fit.

How far do you travel?

For stays of one to six nights, we serve homes within 45 miles of Jonesboro, Georgia. For stays of seven nights or more, we travel nationwide.

Who pays for travel on a nationwide stay?

Travel costs are covered by the client, with one exception. We drive to states bordering Georgia, meaning Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee, at no additional cost to you.

Will my pets be alone during the day?

Your sitter is at the home around the clock, stepping out only for short errands such as a grocery run. Your animals are not left for long stretches, which matters most for puppies, seniors, and anyone on a medication schedule.

How do I book, and what is the deposit?

Half of the total is due at booking to hold your dates. The remaining half is due before or upon our arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

The deposit is refundable up to 30 days before your stay begins. Within 29 days of the stay, it is non-refundable, since holding those dates means turning away other bookings.

What is the half-day fee?

If you need us to stay past noon on your final day, a $70 half-day fee applies. Let us know your expected return time when you book and we will include it in your quote.

Will I get updates while I am away?

Yes. Photos and videos are sent daily to every other day, depending on the length of your stay, along with a note on how everyone is doing.

Can you give medications?

Yes, including pills, topicals, and most routine treatments. Walk us through the specifics at the meet and greet so we can confirm we are comfortable with what your animal needs.

Is there a meet and greet?

Always, before a first booking, and at no charge. We come to your home, meet your animals, learn the routine, and go over access and emergency details together.

How do you handle keys and home access?

However you prefer, whether that is a lockbox, a smart-lock code, or a key handed over at the meet and greet. Access details stay between us and are returned or cleared at the end of your stay.

What happens in a veterinary emergency?

Before your stay we collect your vet's information, your preferred emergency clinic, and written authorization for care. If something happens, we act on your instructions and reach you as quickly as possible.

What does light cleaning cover?

Keeping up with your animals and after ourselves. Litter boxes, food and water bowls, pet messes, and leaving the home as tidy as we found it. It is not a deep clean of the house.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can, especially for holidays and school breaks, which fill first. If your dates are set, send them over and we will hold them.
